Activision Countersuing No Doubt In Band Hero Dispute
Not too long ago, No Doubt filed suit against Activision for allegedly turning them into a “virtual karaoke circus act” in Band Hero by making it possible for their avatars to sing other music. According to the Hollywood Reporter , Activision is now returning fire, filing a countersuit that alleges breach of contract and unjust enrichment (via GamePolitics )
