A little over four years past between the releases of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5 , but if Capcom’s current plans come to fruition, we’ll only have to wait half the time for Resident Evil 6. Speaking to Japanese publication Nikkei (via Andriasang ), the publisher said they intend to increase the output of releases in their most popular franchises by cutting development time with overseas outsourcing.
